Portrait of Tip O'Neill unveiled by Mayor in County House, Lifford today. Tip O'Neill was one of the most prominent United States politicians of the second half of the twentieth century and whose grandparents hailed from Donegal. The O'Neill family presented Donegal County Council with this portrait in recognition of Tip O'Neill's strong Donegal connections.
