1. Freethinking Влади́мир: When I change the DPI the image because three times as larges as well. So when adding the "workplace image" it was way smaller than the folder size... what did you do? There must a step missing here.

4. Davies Media Design: I don't believe so as Windows and MAC have different shortcut keys. I would do a search for "unicode characters MAC" and see if there is a database of character codes for MAC users. Thanks for watching!

16. Davies Media Design: Kaushal Mishra just save a copy in the XCF file format by going to File>Save. That will allow you to go back later and edit the layers in your composition.
17. Davies Media Design: Are you trying to bring your image into GIMP by going to File>Open? Once you do this, a dialogue box will show up asking for you to choose an image from your computer. You then click on the file, then click Open to open that file into GIMP. What file type are you trying to open (i.e. JPEG, PSD, PNG, etc.)?

21. Davies Media Design: Are you clicking and dragging the guides from the rulers surrounding your canvas onto the canvas itself? If you don't drag the guides directly onto the canvas they won't show. Also, which version of GIMP are you using?
